We understand that sharing feedback—especially about your health and wellbeing—can feel sensitive. That’s why we treat every comment, suggestion, and concern with the utmost respect, care, and confidentiality. All feedback is reviewed only by our leadership team and handled discreetly. We deeply appreciate the trust you place in us, and we will always approach your feedback with empathy and professionalism. You are always welcome to provide feedback anonymously. Please note, however, that if you choose to remain anonymous, we will not be able to follow up with you directly about your comments or any actions taken.

How to Share Your Feedback? It's Easy

You can share your feedback in the way that feels most comfortable to you. Complete our secure and simple online feedback form (link below), choosing to include your name or remain anonymous if you prefer. You are also welcome to send your thoughts by email, speak with us directly over the phone, or share your feedback with your therapist, counsellor, or any team member during your next visit.

Managing Your Complaint

At My Advanced Allied Health, we are committed to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care to every client and family. If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of our services, we want to hear from you. Your feedback is essential in helping us address issues, improve our care, and ensure that everyone feels supported and respected.

We understand that raising a complaint can feel difficult. Please know that your concerns will always be treated with sensitivity, confidentiality, and respect. We are committed to listening without judgment, investigating thoroughly, and resolving issues fairly and promptly.

If you’ve shared your details with us, our team at My Advanced Allied Health will reach out to acknowledge your feedback and make sure we fully understand your concerns. From there, we’ll actively involve you in finding a solution and keep you updated on every step we take to address the issue, ensuring the outcome meets your needs. If you’re raising a concern on behalf of a participant, or if a participant is impacted, we’ll thoughtfully include them in the resolution process in a way that best supports their individual needs. We’re committed to learning from your feedback and using those insights to continually improve the care and support we provide to all our participants.

You can make a complaint in the way that feels most comfortable to you:

  • Email: Send your concerns to reception@myadvanced.com.au.

  • Phone: Call us on 1800 622 477 and ask to speak with a member of our leadership team.

  • In Person: Raise your concerns directly with your therapist, counsellor, or any member of our team.

You are welcome to make a complaint anonymously; however, please note that if you do not provide your contact details, we may not be able to follow up with you regarding the outcome.
